GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PSORIASIS CURE 

APPLICABILITY: These tour conditions apply to Deren Koray Tourism hereafter called "Tour Operator " addressed 853 S. No: 29 / 240-234 35250 Konak - Izmir - TURKEY, and the Tour participant hereafter called "member".

VISAS AND DOCUMENTATION: Each member must have a valid passport. All persons are responsible for obtaining information about entry requirements and the documentation necessary to enter those countries to which they are traveling.

LUGGAGE: Each member is allowed (2) pieces of luggage not to exceed 62 inches. Carry-on bags are exempted providing they fit under your seat. Cruise passengers are allowed (2) pieces of luggage, the combined dimensions not to exceed 106 inches.

INSURANCE. Prices does not include insurance for passengers due to loss on the trip herein. Passengers are advised to obtain their own insurance for health while traveling and for baggage loss. Insurance is also recommended to provide coverage to passengers if refunds pursuant to the final payment and cancellation clause below are unavailable due to the terms of that clause.

THE PRICE & WHAT IT INCLUDES: The dollar amount shown in the itinerary includes, transfers of persons and luggage on arrival and departure between the airport and hotel or other accommodations (where indicated in the trip itinerary) and hotel accommodations on a double occupancy basis, except as otherwise specified.

TIP & TAXES: Baggage handling, gratuities and hotel taxes are often included. Minimal gratuities are included in all trips. Additional taxes, security charges and other fees collected by governments, airports, airlines and other entities are not included unless specifically listed as included features. These amounts will appear on your bill and must be included with the final payment.

NOT INCLUDED IN YOUR RATE: The following is a list of some major items not included in the tour rate excess baggage charges, room service charges, items not on portions of menus reserved for Deren Koray Tourism passengers, laundry, beverages, alcoholic and otherwise, items of a personal nature, airport to ship pier transfers if air transportation is not purchased as apart of a cruise package and foreign airport departure taxes. Port taxes on cruises are not included.

FINAL PAYMENT & CANCELLATION: Deren Koray Tourism reserves the right to decline, accept or remove, at its sole discretion, at any time and for any reason, any tour member as a participant in the trip (or any optional side trip).

PAYMENT SCHEDULE: Payment of the final balance is due sixty (60) days in advance of departure, regardless of when reservations are made. Credit cards are accepted (Visa or MasterCard only) but Deren Koray Tourism reserves the right to order the total amount by wire transfer when needed.

CANCELLATION: Reservations may only be canceled by written notice sent by certified mail (return receipt requested) to Deren Koray Tourism . If such notice is received no later than sixty (60) days before departure, Deren Koray Tourism will accept cancellation and refund all moneys, except for a $25.00 per person non-refundable administrative fee plus applicable hotel, cruise and air cancellation fees. If such written notice is received within sixty (60) days before departure, Deren Koray Tourism will accept such cancellation and refund the land portion costs it recovers from those entities paid on behalf of member only to the extent that such moneys are refunded by those entities to Deren Koray Tourism . Cancellation fee of$50 (59-30 days prior to departure) or $100 (29 days or less prior to departure per person) will not be refunded. If any person is removed by Deren Koray Tourism from the trip (or any optional side trip), Deren Koray Tourism only obligation shall be to refund to such a person a fraction of the trip price, the numerator of which fraction shall be Deren Koray Tourism cost for the person's unused services and the denominator of which shall be Deren Koray Tourism cost for the person's entire trip. Money which will be paid back will only be paid back via wire transfer.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND LIABILITY: The responsibility of Deren Koray Tourism and for its agents is limited. Deren Koray Tourism and its agents act only as agents for passenger in regards to travel whether by air, railroad, motor coach or any other conveyance and assumes no defect, through the acts or defaults of any company or person engaged in conveying members or in carrying out the arrangements of this tour, or as a direct or indirect result of acts of God, dangers incident in the sea, or air, fire, breakdown in machinery or equipment, acts of governments or other authorities, de jure or de facto wars, whether declared or not, hostilities, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, theft, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines, medical or customs regulations or from any other causes Deren Koray Tourism can accept no responsibilities for loss or additional expenses to members due to delay or changes in schedule as a joint venture or otherwise Deren Koray Tourism shall not be liable or responsible in any way whatsoever for any inconvenience, loss, damage or injury arising out of or in connection with hotel accommodations, food, baggage handling, or any other matter related thereto. All such losses or expenses will have to be borne by the passengers. Each passenger waives any claim against Deren Koray Tourism for any delay, inconvenience or damage, loss of property or baggage or injury to or deaths of persons due to the acts or omissions of said third parties Any airline and transportation company concerned is not to be held responsible for any act, omission or event during the time passengers are not aboard their aircraft or conveyances

FORCE MAJOR: Due to the forecast or supernatural events airline companies may divert their routes one of the alternative points. Incase of any diversion, customers are obligated to cater their own travel expenses and the extras that may be occurred are fully subject to be paid for maintaining the service. Deren Koray Tourism does not take any responsibility financially and morally for missing flights, failure of connection and the extra hotel and personal expenses arose from due course.

Deren Koray Tourism further reserves the right at any time to change any part of the itinerary, or the carrier, or the aircraft utilized, or the hotel accommodations utilized, or any other. The prices advertised in this itinerary are subject to change due to price increases resulting from decreases in the purchasing power of the US dollar, gasoline price increases and similar causes. In such case each passenger can be required to pay an additional amount for the trip reflecting such increase.

Travel arrangements to destination airport or other departure points is solely the responsibility of the member. Each person is also responsible for any hotel expenses, theater tickets, souvenirs, gifts, clothing, glasswork, art or any other personal property or services purchased by such person. Each person making reservations for or participating in the trip described in this document understands and agrees to all terms, conditions and limitations set forth herein.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES AND FEATURES: Are those tour services and features which must be purchased as part of the complete tour package such as US or other nation departure tax, any included ground transportation and transfers, overseas baggage and handling, tour directors, some gratuities, meals where applicable, some overseas taxes and other services. All components of this tour are included in good faith. Deren Koray Tourism reserves the right to cancel the entire trip (or any optional side trips offered in connection with the trip) for any reason at any time before departure of the trip, in which event the liability, if any, for Deren Koray Tourism shall be limited to and liquidated by refunding to each prospective participant the moneys, if any, therefore received by Deren Koray Tourism for such person's trip which moneys have not been or should not be otherwise refunded to said person. Deren Koray Tourism reserves the right to change any part of the itinerary due to circumstances beyond our control.

TOUR PRICE GUARANTEE Once we give you a quotation, the tour price is guaranteed against any-increases due to cost or currency fluctuations. PERSONAL CARE AND INTEREST Deren Koray Tourism guarantees its members to interfere for solving the problems, sum and tribulation during the travel period in the border of Turkish Republic.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE TRANSFERS

1- Deren Koray Tourism will serve the transfer service based on the information provided by the customers.

2- Incase of early flights and discretional sole transfers by taxi or other means of transportation no refund will be given.

3- Incase of any delays additional waiting charge will be applied as follows

Up to 1 hr = No charge will be applied

Up to 2 hrs = 20% of the one way fee

Up to 3 hrs = 30% of the one way fee

Up to 4 hrs = 40% of the one way fee

More than 4 hrs service will be cancelled with no refund

4-Deren Koray Tourism are not responsible for the delays and other possible transfer failures such as intercity buses, trains, flights and other means of transportation. Customers are subject to be paid incase of any occurrence of this situation.

5- Incase of any missing transportation Deren Koray Tourism is not responsible to pay for the extension accommodation where necessary.

6- Deren Koray Tourism are fully authorized to make any changes for the sake of the operation

7- The transfer route will be defined by the initiative of the driver.

8- Incase of any cancellation a written statement must be faxed no later than 24 hours of the operation to Deren Koray Tourism office.

9- The arrival date and time will be considered as the cancellation criteria as well as for the other service manners.

10- Customers are responsible to inform Deren Koray Tourism in terms of giving the exact number of participants and the number of the luggage. The failure of the service and compensation due to the lack of this information will not be applicable.

11- Incase of any extraordinary situations such as natural disasters, war situations, strikes and other unsual cases the service will not be available and no refundable will be returned.

12-Deren Koray Tourism are not responsible from the possible health problems such as contaminations, heart diseases, flu etc. Customers are fully responsible to take personal precautions prior to start and during the treatment period.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE CUSTOMERS FOR CAR RENTAL

1- Deren Koray Tourism are not responsible incase of any damage and injury during the rental period. In these cases the agreement between the customer and rental car company will be considered.

2- Possible traffic fines and the problems might be occurred during the police control points is solely at the responsible of customers side.

3- Incase of any disagreement at any article, the agreement signed by the customers and the car rental company will be processed and Deren Koray Tourism will not be responsible regarding the problem..

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR SIVAS KANGAL THERMAL HOTEL

1- For the hygienic reasons, no towels served in the hotel. Patients are expected to buy these items from the market or to bring themselves.

2- The treatment is not guaranteed and incase of any failure of the recovery, Deren Koray Tourism will not be the responsible agent to pay the refund and any other payments to the customers and/or the accompaniers.

3- Since the high volume of reservation, pre payment is necessary as 50% of the total fee or full. This prepayment must be done 15 days before the check in time. For the cancellation the dead line is 7 days. No payment will be refunded after this period.

4- Incase of early check-out, no balance will be refunded. Customers will be agreed to pay for the penalty fee when the flight schedule will be rearranged for their updated schedule.
